Oslo Pass

The Oslo Pass gives you free entry to museums and activities, free public transport and discounts on sightseeing. You can buy the Oslo Pass online or in the Oslo Pass app.

We offer 20% discount on the Oslo Pass for congress delegates (if purchased for a group). Unused Oslo Passes can be reimbursed if returned to VisitOSLO within a week after the conference.

The city of Oslo

The city of Oslo will be honoured to host your congress and it is common for scientific or academic congresses and conferences to be offered a civic reception at the Oslo City Hall for up to 1.000 participants. The civic reception includes a welcome speech by the Mayor's office, finger food, sparkling wind and soft drinks as well as private guided tour of the City Hall.

The reception can be organized from Monday to Saturday, and the local organizing committee must forward an application to the City Hall.

Bids

Oslo Convention Bureau is experienced in producing bids for international conferences and congresses. We will assist you with the bidding process and use our bid tool.
